Amy's Kitchen recalls various products over listeria concerns

One of Canada's leading natural frozen food manufacturers is recalling more than 73,000 cases of product over concerns that organic spinach used may pose a listeria risk.

Amy's Kitchen has voluntarily recalled a number of products distributed across the U.S. and Canada.

Consuming listeria can lead to the illness listeriosis, which can cause a high fever, severe headache, a stiff neck and nausea. Listeriosis can also lead to premature delivery or miscarriage in pregnant women and can be a serious illness for those with weakened immune systems.

There have been no illnesses reported.
