Toronto Fashion Week: The Best Moments From Day 1 At The Tents

Happy fashion week!

Happy fashion week!

On Monday, March 23, the city's style set wore their best garb to the fall/winter 2015 shows at World MasterCard Fashion Week, which took place at David Pecaut Square. And boy, did day one start off with a bang!

Designer Mikhael Kale kicked off the evening with a beautiful collection of intricately beaded and embellished garments in bright jewel tones. There was plenty of colour, sparkle and texture on the runway, and we absolutely loved it.

Next up was Sid Neigum, who presented a true-to-form collection of sculptural garments in a palette of black and white. And Pink Tartan finished off the night with a collection of luxurious knits, gorgeous coats and fun furs on a cloud-filled runway.
