If you're on Instagram, you already know how much people love taking photos of their delicious, delicious meals. And we're not here to judge that — why would we when we love it so much? — but instead, celebrate those who are doing an excellent job of making us hungry every time we open up the app.
We've pulled together a list of Canadians across the country who love to eat — but before they do that, they love to photograph what they eat. We are more than happy to be along for the ride.

Chef David Lee of Nota Bene preparing the restaurant's prized dish: The cote de boeuf. Big chunks of beautifully aged ribsteak come in from Cumbrae farms (when you walk into Cumbrae's shop, look at the first meat locker on your left. All of what you see is reserved for Lee and NB). the luxurious dish for two is prepared by searing the meat, seasoning it, broiling it, cutting out the bone, searing it again, broiling it again, chunking it off into two pieces and then giving it one final sear for the crust. The meat is some of the best I've had, very nutty and full of umame-type flavors. The steak is sliced and served with broiled bone marrow topped with a pickle/horseradish/parsley combo (insanely good).

8-oz centre cut sirloin steak frites at @TableauBarBistro #Vancouver Gotta try the classics (French onion soup, steak tartare, #steakfrites... moules frites and escargots if they have them) at every traditional French bistro. Although this was cooked well, I missed my ribeye... which is more typical for steak frites.
