Starting today, the public can preview more than 400 bicycles and many other recovered goods that will go on sale at the annual Vancouver police recovered goods auction this weekend.

As usual, the auction includes an eclectic array of goods, such as gold, jewelry, mandolins, skateboards, TVs, razor blades, toothpaste and stamp collections.

No one can bid until Saturday, when the auction starts at 9 a.m. PT at Able Auctions in Vancouver. There is no online bidding.

The preview is free, but it costs $10 to register for the actual auction, and photo ID is required.
