PNE Prize Home 2015 Is Officially Up For Grabs (PHOTOS)

So lovely.

It's a sure sign that summer is nearing: the Pacific National Exhibition (PNE)'s prize home is back — and it's a beauty.

The 3,080 sq.-ft. house has a modern openness thanks to all the light streaming in. Built for entertaining, the kitchen has state-of-the-art appliances and looks over a giant living and dining space, complete with cozy fireplace.

The master bedroom's floor-to-ceiling windows look out onto a massive wraparound deck, with plenty of patio furniture to fit family and friends.

There's also a media room, sizeable laundry room and plenty of environmentally friendly features. The LEED-certified home, designed by Karoleena, includes a "green" living roof of plants and an in-home recycling station.

Once the lottery winner is revealed this summer, the three-bedroom home will be relocated to Naramata in the heart of dreamy Okanagan wine country.

The property, including land, is valued at a cool $2.1 million.

The lottery tickets are on sale now for $25 for 5, or $50 for 15.
