RCMP say road rage led to assault at 7-Eleven store east of Edmonton

SHERWOOD PARK, Alta. - Mounties say an assault at a convenience store east of Edmonton stemmed from road rage.

Strathcona County RCMP say it happened on Monday at a 7-Eleven in Sherwood Park.

When police arrived, they found an injured male youth, who treated at hospital and released.

Chadi Said Temraz, who is 39, of Sherwood Park is charged with aggravated assault.

He is scheduled to appear in Sherwood Park provincial court on Wednesday.
