Photo Of Couple Praying Before Their Wedding Will Pull On Your Heartstrings

Photo Of Couple Praying Before Their Wedding Is Absolutely Precious

A wedding photographer's one job is to capture the perfect moment, and this photographer has done everything right.

The photo, which features U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Caleb Earwood and his now wife Maggie, was taken at a Western North Carolina wedding and posted on Facebook over the weekend.

As photographer Dwayne Schmidt of Dwayne Schmidt Photography said in the caption, "I have photographed a lot of weddings. This has to be one of the best things I have ever got to see," he writes. "Before the ceremony and before they saw each other, Caleb said a prayer for their marriage and lives."

The photo, which has now over 27,000 likes, feature an emotional couple closing their eyes and holding hands. The Daily Mail notes the couple's family members brought them together and had them hold hands at a stairwell.

As Bre later wrote on her blog, "My husband prayed that God would bless our marriage, that through thick or thin together we would never lose hope in one another. That instead of focusing on each others imperfections we would always rely on Christ’s perfection. That we would wake up every day and chose to love one another not through our own strength but by the power of Christ’s perfect love."
