Calgary Stampede can be really fun...but, unfortunately, it can be really expensive, too.

Between admission, concert or rodeo tickets, midway treats, Grandstand entertainment, inevitable souvenirs for the kids, and some "as-seen-on-TV" gimmick from the BMO Centre, Stampede is enough to burn a hole in your wallet and make you regret ever agreeing to go.
