Wagstaffe's weather: Temperatures dip before rising later this week

Another muggy night means a hot start to Tuesday on the South Coast of B.C.

But temperatures Tuesday afternoon will be a couple of degrees cooler than yesterday — believe it or not — 24 C for YVR, and more like 29 C inland. That is still above seasonal and hot, but it maybe the only break we get all week.

Temperatures start to ramp back up again for Canada Day on Wednesday and beyond, with high 20s, low 30s on tap for the end of the week.

No soaking rain in the forecast, with mainly blue skies through the coming weekend.

MAP: 64 temperature records were broken across B.C.
