From face masks to zit-zapping solutions, we're all about DIY skincare.

So of course we were excited to learn that the pore strips we love using to yank out annoying blackheads and sebaceous filaments, can also be made right at home. All it takes is a cup, some milk, unflavoured gelatin, a microwave and about 10 minutes of your time.

But do the DIY strips work as well as the strips you find at your local drugstore? In the video above, Nore Gasparian from Modamob puts the DIY pore strip recipe to the test.
