Meryl Streep proves yet again that her beauty is timeless.

The legendary actress, who turned 66 last month, joined forces with world-renowned photographer Brigitte Lacombe for the very first issue of NeueJournal, which launches today, according to Style.com.

Streep looks flawless as ever on the black and white cover, wearing large thick-rimmed shades, a collared shirt and minimal makeup.

Lacombe and Streep are longtime friends who first met on the set of "Kramer vs. Kramer" in 1978. The Oscar-winning actress has admitted to being camera-shy when it comes to having her photo snapped (her last magazine cover shoot was for Vogue in 2012), but she has allowed Lacombe to shoot her photo on several occasions, telling Style.com that Lacombe knows how to put her at ease.

Lacombe, who has shot countless other Hollywood stars, also shot portraits of Jake Gyllenhaal, Robin Wright and more for the magazine's seven other covers.

NeueJournal will feature original work from creatives in the fields of art, film, fashion, science and more.
