'Raccoons' Reboot Is In The Works, Says Show Creator

Cyril Sneer is making a comeback.

Kevin Gillis, creator of "The Racoons" is planning to bring back this classic 80s cartoon. Gillis isn't exactly sure what the reboot will look like, but you can be sure Cyril Sneer (the villain we all love to hate) will still take centre stage.
