Serena Williams wasn't the only one making headlines at Wimbledon over the weekend -- Drake got his fair share of attention, too.
The Toronto-born rapper, who was recently dubbed "fashion's latest alt darling" by the Guardian, attended the tennis finals in London to support this Williams (this year's champion), wearing a white tee and a Stone Island cardigan draped around his shoulders.
And while his ensemble does fit the traditional "smart but casual" tennis spectator dress code, people were quick to point out their distaste for his outfit choice over Twitter.
Somebody needs to tell Drake that the obligatory sweater draped over the shoulder at tennis matches is so 80's and over and done with— Wayne (@missacool) July 11, 2015
I'm mad Drake was wearin his sweater on his shoulders like that though. I just had to say that before I get off here— Megatron (@MeganNoGood) July 11, 2015

In all honesty though, we think the Twittersphere is overreacting, and we're kinda digging this preppy look on Drake. But hey, who knows? This could be Drake lint-rolling 2.0!
