B.C. fires: Martin Mars water bomber deployed to wildfire near Harrison Lake

A two-hectare wildfire is burning near Harrison Lake, B.C., prompting RCMP officers to ask people in a nearby recreation area to leave.

Donna Macpherson with the B.C. Wildfire Service confirmed the Martin Mars water bomber and other water tankers have been deployed to fight the fire, along with about 20 firefighters.  

The fire started earlier today and is believed to have been human-caused. It's in a remote area and is not threatening any homes.
