Swoop, there it is!
Justin Bieber attended the 2015 MTV VMAs sporting a brand new 'do that Miley Cyrus lovingly deemed the "swoop."
With a deep side part and long, front strands, the 21-year-old Canadian star definitely made a statement as he walked the red carpet of the awards show on Sunday evening.
Naturally, the Twitterverse had a lot to say about the "What Do You Mean?" singer's new hair.
Some thought it looked like Kate Gosselin:
While others just thought it was a general soccer mom 'do:
