Kate Mara TIFF 2015: Actress Rocks Gelled Down Pixie At 'Man Down' Premiere

Making a serious case for the pixie cut.

No one rocks a pixie cut quite like Kate Mara.

The 32-year-old actress hit the Toronto International Film Festival red carpet for the premiere of "Man Down" on Tuesday night sporting a gelled back, side-parted 'do -- her most chic look to date, in our opinion.

Mara, who stars in the dystopian thriller alongside Shia Labeouf and Gary Oldman, wore a black Marc Jacobs resort 2016 gown, along with black Christian Louboutin Altressa pointed toe heels. The mid-length frock featured a sheer mid-line and was adorned with embellishments and embroidery. The only jewelry the "Fantastic Four" actress opted for was a few simple rings.

And of course, Kate's eye makeup was fierce, consisting of black eyeliner with a green undertone, smoky shadow and a nude lip.

Co-star Shia 'Just Do It' Labeouf was all giggles on the red carpet in a classic black suit and tie, sporting a newly shaved head. The 29-year-old former Disney channel star even took playful selfies with fans.

Earlier this week, Mara walked the red carpet for the world premiere of "The Martian" with a star-studded cast including Matt Damon and Jessica Chastain. She wore an eccentric black and gold Valentino dress with textured detailing. At the photocall for the film, Rooney Mara's big sis donned a red A.L.C jumpsuit with side cutouts and a wide leg, along with Brian Atwood heels.

Killing it!
