Niclas Burstrom, Swedish Player, Hasn't Got The Hang Of This Penalty Box Thing

Life's tough.

Swedish defenseman Niclas Burstrom just got a tough lesson in keeping your anger in check.

The player with Skellefteå AIK of the Swedish Hockey League wasn't happy after being slapped with a double-minor penalty for cross-checking on Thursday, Yahoo! reported.

His frustration really boiled over on his way to the box.

Burstrom shouldn't feel too bad about the game — he did manage to score a goal in a 3-2 victory.

He should not, for example, feel as bad as KHL goaltender Jan Laco, who let this goal slip by from centre ice.

Or Mitchell Skiba, who made the worst arena exit we've seen in awhile earlier this year.

Keep your heads up, fellas!
