Saskatchewan RCMP Hear About Underage Party, Offer To Bring Chips And Salsa

They'll also be bringing "a choice of possible charges."

Like any polite guest, the Saskatchewan RCMP have offered to bring chips and salsa to a university party Saturday night.

Officers got wind of an underage party in Lumsden area, just north of Regina, and decided to warn potential party-goers of possible charges.

Their tongue-in-cheek RSVP was posted on their Facebook page.

RCMP acknowledged that those types of underage parties often come with underage drinking and impaired driving, so

Facebook is "how they communicate, that’s how they share, and they interact with us quite a bit," explained RCMP spokesperson Eilidh Thain to the station.
