Dwayne Johnson is one great dad! On Monday, the “Furious 7” star took to Instagram to share a sweet snap with his 14-year-old daughter Simone and gush about their close relationship.
In the photo, the father-daughter duo is seen sitting at a restaurant with their arms around each other. The two appear to be at Prime 112, a high-end steakhouse in Miami Beach, Florida, Today.com reports.
“Had the best dinner w/ my daughter Simone at one of our favorite spots,” the caption read. “Life's crazy and complicated, but this amazing, loving, protective one of a kind father/daughter bond we have keeps me grounded and balanced.”
The Rock had his daughter with ex-wife and college sweetheart Dany Garcia. The couple split in 2008 after 10 years of marriage. Despite this, the 43-year-old actor managed to stay good friends with Garcia and stay close with Simone.
Johnson’s proud post about being a dad couldn’t come at a better time. The Rock is currently expecting a child with girlfriend Lauren Hashian, whom he has been with for the past nine years.
