Balmain For H&M Images Have Apparently Leaked Online

And that someone wasn't Olivier Rousteing.

Fashionistas, it looks like there is no need to wait another month to get a peek at the highly-anticipated Balmain for H&M line, because apparently someone has leaked all the images of the collection on Instagram. And that person isn't Olivier Rousteing.

On Tuesday evening, Chicago-based Kathryn Swartz Rees notified her Twitter followers she had posted 99 images from the collection, which features Gigi Hadid, Jourdan Dunn and Kendall Jenner in the campaign, on her Instagram account, @kswartz83.

But alas, on Friday afternoon, it appeared the account was suspended. However, thanks to the power of the Internet, images are still floating around.

The photos, which were not to be released by press until an Oct. 19th embargo, showcase a range of apparel, outwear, footwear and accessories for men and women.

According to her website, Rees, "produces custom print and digital news media content." New York Magazine reached out to the writer and she confirmed the photos are from the affordable line and were not the result of a hack:

"The images are the vast majority of the collection. There are some additional colorways — bandeau top in white and ring in clear for example — not pictured. The real story is terribly unexciting: H&M's site was indexed by Google and I happened to search at the right time using the right parameters. All images were taken from that H&M URL. No surprise, that site is no longer live. A good note to web dev teams working on super hot designer collabs: stay in your sandbox!"

A fatal error by H&M or the right time, right place for Rees? Either way, we're not complaining. From what we're seeing of the photos, the collection has the elaborate and glitzy Rousteing aesthetic we know and love.
