Blue Jays Fans Celebrate Like It's 1993, But With Twitter

Toronto is happy. This, like, never happens.

The horns are honking, the goggles are on, and the tweets are flying.

The Toronto Blue Jays advanced to the American League Championship Series (ALCS) after defeating the Texas Rangers 6-3 on Wednesday.

It was a wild game that saw near-tragedy turn to triumph, as Jose Bautista hit a three-run home run in the eighth inning.

Fans everywhere are ecstatic to see the Jays advance in their first playoff appearance in 22 years.

And it shows on Twitter and Instagram, with some of the night's best moments captured along with fans' jubilation:

The ALCS is heading to the #6ix. #Jays #Rangers #ALCS
