Disney Princesses Breastfeeding In Public Is The Best Reimagining Yet

These heroines prove that nursing is normal.

Disney princesses breastfeeding in public is the reimagining we’ve been waiting for.

Buzzfeed’s Loryn Brantz imagined our favourite heroines as loving mothers, nursing their newborns in all sorts of public settings. From Ariel sitting on a park bench to Pocahontos at a clothing store, these mamas know the importance of breastfeeding anytime, anywhere. Just take a look below.

While breastfeeding is a beautiful and natural thing, there is still stigma around it. As a result, mothers have been kicked out of restaurants and shunned at airports. While Brantz provided no explanation for her illustrations, it's safe to say the images are helping to normalize breastfeeding in public.

Previously, Brantz has illustrated Disney princesses with mom bods, realistic hair and realistic waistlines.
