Bad news Rihanna fans -- the pop star has cancelled her 2015 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show performance.
Earlier this month, it was revealed that Rihanna, alongside The Weeknd and Selena Gomez, would be accompany the leggy bombshell Angels on the runway in New York City. RiRi is no stranger to the VS Fashion Show, having performed her hit "Diamonds" in 2012, and we (along with several others) were seriously excited to see her perform "BBHMM" on this year's catwalk.
But alas, according to Refinery29, the 27-year-old pop star bowed out to focus on her upcoming album. (We forgive you, Rihanna, as we wait patiently for "ANTI.")
Replacing Ri will be British songstress, Ellie Goulding. Though this will be the "Love Me Like You Do" singer's first VS show, we have a feeling she'll fit in nicely, as she's already friends with VS newbie Gigi Hadid, new Angel Martha Hunt and veteran Lily Aldridge, all of whom she starred alongside in Taylor Swift's "Bad Blood" video (talk about #squadgoals). This big news comes on the heels of Goulding long awaited album, "Delirium," which drops on Nov. 6th.
The annual glamourous show will air on Dec. 8th and we couldn't be more excited.
