Two Tim Hortons workers were jolted awake when they opened a Nova Scotia store to find a stranger trying to make himself a coffee and iced capp at around 4 a.m. on Sunday.
The employees called police, but the man left the Parrsboro location before officers arrived on scene, according to an RCMP news release. He was arrested soon after in a nearby parking lot.

Const. Mark Skinner said the man left a “small mess” behind.
RCMP say a 22-year-old man from Conquerall Mills now faces a charge for break and enter and another for mischief. An investigation remains ongoing.
It’s unknown if the suspect satisfied his apparent insatiable late-night caffeine craving.
He is expected to appear in court on Dec. 14
