Time magazine's "Person of the Year" for 2015 will be revealed on the Today show on Wednesday morning, but the publication has released a shortlist leading up to the episode to pique readers' interest.

Last year, Time picked Ebola fighters as their "person of the year," beating out other finalists like Taylor Swift, Vladimir Putin (who's on the list again this year) and the Ferguson protestors.
