How do you keep staff moral up when the holidays are right around the corner?
Christmas bonuses? Extended vacation time?
Nope, with the fear of constant surveillance. Enter: Elf on the Shelf.
The special scout from the North Pole may be a tradition used by parents to get their kids to behave well, during the holiday but that doesn't mean you have to stop there.
Offices in need of a productivity boost could benefit from an elf. You wouldn't even need to change the rules, since workers wouldn't be allowed to touch the fella and it'd be tucked away during the daytime to monitor workers' behaviours.
But if you're still not sold, the Huffington Post Canada went ahead and brought in Santa's little helper for a day — and caught it all on camera.
