Madonna Son: The Singer Goes To Court To Make Rocco Come Home

A New York judge has ruled that he must return to his mom.

Just in time for Christmas, Madonna is duking it out in court over her son Rocco.

Rocco, who is now 15 and has his own lawyer, wants to live in London, England, with his dad, film director Guy Ritchie. But his mom wants him to return to New York.

On Wednesday, a Manhattan Supreme Court judge ruled that Rocco must return to New York city to discuss this arrangement with his mom.

Ritchie and Madonna divorced in 2008 and Madge was given legal custody of Rocco and his brother David in 2009.
