The Health Benefits Of Using Oil Of Oregano

And it may even help with weight loss.

There's nothing worse than the freezing cold of a Canadian winter, except being sick at the same time.

Luckily, natural health enthusiasts are pointing their fingers at a possible solution— oil of oregano.

There are over 40 varieties of the oregano plant but one in particular - Oreganum vulgare - is what people are ingesting for it's therapeutic health benefits.

Dr. Edward Group, CEO of Global Healing Centre, has studied natural healing methods for 20 years and claims that oil of oregano can combat colds, fight infection and can even help with weight loss.

Although skeptics believe that there isn't sufficient science to back up these claims, there is also insufficient evidence proving the claims aren't true.
