Munenori Kawasaki, Toronto Blue Jays Player, Signs With Chicago Cubs

The team's post-game interviews and sideline cheerleading might never be the same again.

The Munenori Kawasaki era is over for Toronto Blue Jays fans.

Kawasaki, 34, played second base for parts of three seasons with the Jays, and while he only hit one career home run during his Toronto tenure, he hit many more with his comedic post-game interviews and often hilarious sideline antics.

Loved by the fans, Kawasaki chose to sign with the Chicago Cubs. He agreed to a minor-league deal, according to FOX Sports.

We'll miss you Munenori Kawasaki!
