We're already a month into the new year and if one of your resolutions was to start bringing lunch to work every day, we're here to keep you on track.

According to an infographic below by U.K. career site Adzuna, there are some easy ways (if you put your mind to it at least), to bring your lunch to work every day and keep things interesting at the same time.

For starters, the graphic suggests to stop eating lunch at your desk, in fact one study notes only one in five people step away from their desks to eat. Not only are you sitting all day, but having lunch at your desk also leaves little room for creative thinking, NPR reports.

The graphic also goes into detail on how to make smarter choices when it comes to lunch, as well as how to keep bringing diverse options throughout the week. It is a new year, after all.
