'X-Men Apocalypse' 30-Second Super Bowl Trailer Shows Off Olivia Munn As Psylocke

"Let's go to war."

The end is near if the latest "X-Men Apocalypse" trailer is a sign of things to come.

The 30-second spot debuted during Super Bowl 50 and offered one of the best, albeit brief, looks at the film's villains so far. For starters, we finally get to see Olivia Munn's katana-wielding Psylocke in action and Oscar Isaac's Apocalypse square off against franchise-favourite Mystique, played by Jennifer Lawrence.

It's the third film in director Bryan's Singers' reboot/prequel trilogy based off of the Marvel comic book series. The film once again pits James McAvoy's Professor Charles Xavier and Michael Fassbender's Magneto against each other over the fate of mutant kind. Only this time, there's a new player in town in the form of the god-like Apocalypse who seeks to destroy the world and rebuild it in his image.

"X-Men Apocalypse" arrives in theaters on May 27, 2016.
