We may all be used to cooking and consuming olive oil on the regular, but as it turns out, this mighty oil can also be your pal for spring cleaning.

In the video above by Pennygem, we learn three uses of olive oil that go beyond salad dressings. From fixing a stuck zipper to cleaning sticky situations in the kitchen, you don't need a lot of olive oil to make any of these fixes.

And when you are not cleaning with it, make sure you choose the right olive oil for cooking. Dr. Mark Hyman notes when shopping for olive oil, choose an unfiltered option, extra-virgin and avoid any oil that is "extra-light."
