Women aren’t the only ones who gain weight during pregnancy. Adam Levine proved this when he posted a hilarious selfie with his pregnant wife Behati Prinsloo showing off their matching growing bellies.
“Week 20 and I'm finally popping! #impregnanttoo,” the dad-to-be joked on Instagram.
Levine and Prinsloo, who tied the knot in 2014, are expecting their first child together. Last month, multiple sources confirmed that the couple is having a baby girl and that Prinsloo is five months pregnant.
This isn’t the first time we’ve seen a dad-to-be poke fun at the idea of gaining baby weight, however Levine is the first celebrity.
The Maroon 5 frontman’s photo echoes one that went viral in 2013. In the image, dad-to-be Aaron Morgan can be seen in the background of his wife’s pregnancy photo mimicking her stance and cradling his own growing belly.
Last week, Levine appeared on “The Tonight Show” where he shared his excitement for his upcoming bundle of joy. The 37-year-old singer also revealed that his wife is having some seriously random cravings: ice cream and watermelon.
Prinsloo is expected to give birth to their baby girl in September.
