For one man, size isn't everything it's made out to be.
Mohammed Abad, who got an eight-inch bionic penis in 2015 after losing his penis and testicle when he was hit by a car at the age of six, has gotten surgery to make his manhood smaller.
The 44-year-old found that sex hurt after losing his virginity to a sex worker when he was 43. According to The Sun, Abad found that "his member was too large and meant sex was too painful," as a result opted for a 3.5-hour surgery to make his penis smaller at University College London last weekend.
Doctors also harvested sperm from his remaining testicle, which the Edinburgh, Scotland-native hopes will mean he can one day become a father.
"I can't wait to try it out," he told The Sun about his smaller-but-better penis. "I'm looking forward to 'getting the poetry in motion.'"
Even though a bionic penis sounds intimidating, the mechanics of it are pretty simple. All Abad has to do is press a button near his scrotum to inflate his penis with fluid from an implant in his stomach.
Abad, who used to be married to a woman who didn't know about his condition pre-bionic penis, said he wanted his new member to have "a bit of action."
