Jimmy Fallon And Ethan Hawke Turn 'FML' Posts Into Country Songs

Country music was never so funny!

Country music is known for lyrics that agonize over heartache and loss, and nowhere else on the Internet do those feelings all come together as they do on FML, an online community where anonymous users share their everyday aches and pains.

Fortunately for us, Jimmy Fallon recognized that the website and Nashville's most entertaining export share common ground.

On Monday, the "Tonight Show" host enlisted actor Ethan Hawke to sing various FML (stands for "F*** My Life") posts in country music style and the results are hilarious.

One of the songs feature FML lyrics that go, "Today, my dentist gave me laughing gas and in my drugged up state, I told him that I wanted to hang out with him. We're going to an art museum next Tuesday. FML."

Other highlights include a horrible history term paper and a boss asking their employee whether they were drunk at work.

Country music was never so funny! Watch the video above to get your laugh on and commiserate.
