Kate Middleton Recycles Catherine Walker Look From 2011 Canadian Royal Tour

An old favourite from the Canadian royal tour.

By now, we know Kate Middleton loves to recycle her royal outfits. But it's her latest look, with a Canadian connection, that has us giving some major props to the Duchess.

Back in 2011, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge embarked on their grand royal tour of Canada, and one of her outfits consisted of a red skirt suit by Catherine Walker. Now fast forward to June 2016, and Duchess Kate is seen wearing the same ensemble for the Order of the Garter service.

At Windsor Castle on Monday, the 34-year-old mother of Prince George and Princess Charlotte updated her old scarlet Catherine Walker 'Marianne' coat by adding a Lock & Co. headpiece and Gianvito Rossi burgundy suede pumps. She sported a polished low chignon and her signature lined eye.

To incorporate a bit of nostalgia into her look, Middleton accessorized with her bespoke Robinson Pelham earrings featuring a diamond-encrusted tear-drop, which she previously wore at her wedding in 2011.

The previous Canadian outfit, which Kate wore on a trip to the Calgary Zoo in 2011, saw the Duchess pull her signature mahogany locks back into a half-up 'do as she donned a maple leaf brooch on her lapel.

In thanks to many celebrations surrounding the Queen's 90th birthday this past week, Middleton's fashion game has been on-point and impeccably elegant as of late.

On Saturday, during the Trooping the Colour celebration, the Duchess wore a stunning ensemble which consisted of a tilted, flower-adorned hat from Philip Treacy and a white Alexander McQueen coat which she previously wore at Princess Charlotte's christening.

And on a rainy Sunday, Kate boldly donned a pastel blue dress from Roksanda Illincic at the Queen's Patron Lunch birthday party at Buckingham Palace. The short-sleeved colourblock design was a hit with royal fashion watchers as the dress was a bargain, being reduced from £980 to £490. Steal!

What a weekend! Work it, Kate!
