Fox Creek Helicopter Crash Kills 1, Injures 2

FOX CREEK, Alta. — A woman has been killed in a helicopter crash in northern Alberta.

RCMP say the chopper went down Monday afternoon about 20 kilometres southwest of Fox Creek.

Police say another woman and a man were sent to hospital with undetermined injuries.

The helicopter was conducting aerial surveys for Alberta Agriculture and Forestry.

The Transportation Safety Board says it is sending a team of investigators to the crash site. (CHED, CTV Edmonton)
