According to a 2015 study by Match.com, 18 per cent of Canadians stated the couple they'd most like to go on a double date with are George and Amal Clooney, while Kim and Kanye came in last with only 2 per cent of Canadians saying they'd like to hang out with the couple.

According to a Match.com survey, George and Amal Clooney are the couple most Canadians want to go on a double date with. "If George and Amal are your ideal couple, chances are you’re looking for someone who is career driven and ready to chat about the latest news headlines," Match relationship insider Kimberly Moffit tells The Huffington Post Canada.

Jay and Bey scream power couple. If they're your definition of #relationshipgoals, Moffit says you should look for a partner who "encourages your independence and has goals of their own."

"These two are family men — their social media accounts constantly sharing adorable photos of their twins, Harper and Gideon," says Moffit. "Coveting a double date with these two could suggest you're ready to settle down into a stable and family-oriented relationship."

"This relationship isn't easy to live up to — not only are they going strong after over 15 years but they are still just as hot as they were way back when," notes Moffit. "If this is your double-date pick, it could mean that you're looking for a partner who takes care of themselves physically and maybe even somebody who is known to the general public."

"Ellen and Portia really have it all — a long term and stable relationship, an abundance of hilarity, and equally successful careers," notes Moffit. "Wanting to double date them could suggest you're looking for a well-rounded relationship with a partner who holds her/his own."
Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith

They weren't actually high school sweethearts but Will and Jada are that couple that grew up together and became parents. "Since Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are America's sweethearts and their fans have known and loved each of them individually for many years, wanting to double date them could suggest you're looking for a long term, stable relationship, maybe even with a former sweetheart," says Moffit.

Chris Pratt and Anna Faris

"If Chris Pratt and Anna Faris are your idea of the perfect couple, humour is likely to be what attracts you to a potential partner," says Moffit. "Laughter is clearly important to you so keep an eye out for someone who isn’t easily embarrassed and can make fun of themselves."

They may be celebrities but when it comes to their relationship, Jessica and Justin prefer to keep their relationship on the QT. If privacy is very important to you, look for someone who is "laid back... on the shy side [or someone] who doesn’t mind minimizing attention," suggests Moffit.

"These two are ultra spontaneous, wild, sexy, carefree and madly in love," says Moffit. "Wanting to double date [with] them could suggest you're looking for a very sexy relationship with lots of physical chemistry..."

"If an altruistic couple like Brangelina is more your style, try looking for someone like-minded and supportive of a cause," recommends Moffit.

Do you admire the playful chemistry between Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher? "Take a look around," says Moffit. "Though dating a friend can be tricky, sometimes a friendship can lead to dating magic."

"Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively can glitz it up on any red carpet, but still crack jokes and laugh together during interviews," notes Moffit. If you admire these two, look for a flirtatious partner who is sure to keep surprising you and being playful beyond the first few dates.

Kimye has no problem bearing it all and on social media no less! "Whether it’s provocative Instagram posts or scathing Snapchats, these two share it all," says Moffit. "If this appeals to you, look for a mate who is just as open and candid as you are and not afraid to let you 'do you.'"

Will and Kate are the ultimate storybook romance — he is a prince after all! If you'd like to double date with the Duke and Duchess, your dream partner is probably a fellow romantic. According to Moffit, it may also mean "you're looking for a perfect fairy-tale ending — complete with a jaw dropping proposal, a Pinterest-worthy wedding, and of course, a wedding dress for the record books."
