Harry Potter fans don't exactly have happy memories of 4 Privet Drive, where the young magician grew up in a cupboard under the stairs.
But the famous home is now up for sale β and you won't even need a letter from Hogwarts to make it yours.
The three-bedroom house that played the dastardly Dursleys' home in the Potter franchise has hit the market for C$817,071.
Located in Martins Heron β about 50 kilometres from London β the house has a refitted kitchen, a living room with a door to a garden, a lovely backyard with a large patio, and a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
Oh, and there's also the cupboard under the stairs, Business Insider reported. (Yeah, that one.)
Interest in the property has been so intense that the listing agent has organized a Launch Day on Sept. 24, and prospective buyers can only view the home by appointment.
