And while most of us already have our go-to seasonings, YouTube creator Lauren Toyota says we should add three more to our regular rotation.
Cinnamon, turmeric and smoked paprika are all key, Toyota says, especially if you want to add some extra kick to your vegan plates. But these seasonings don't only add some great taste to your food, they also have wonderful health benefits as well.
