Stepping out in a dazzling metallic floral lace Erdem dress equipped with a pleated bodice and skirt, the Duchess of Cambridge accompanied Prince William, Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip to honour the 70th anniversary of Indian independence and to launch the U.K.-India Year of Culture.

Welcoming an array of Indian and British talent to Buckingham Palace, Catherine oozed glamour wearing glittering Oscar de la Renta pumps and Indian designer Anita Dongre earrings, whose pieces she also wore while playing cricket during her visit to India in May 2016.

And if you're unfamiliar with the designer who made Kate's dress, Erdem Moralioglu is a Canadian-born, London-based designer who has proven to be one of her favourite designers. From a head-to-toe grey ensemble at the Commonwealth Observance Day service last year to a floor-length floral gown at the 100 Women in Hedge Funds in 2015, Middleton has awed in Erdem time after time.

As for her beauty look, the Duchess kept things classic with her brunette locks tucked up, blushed cheeks and fluttering lashes.

And less than 24 hours later, Kate paid a visit to the Ronald McDonald House children's hospital in London wearing a blue tweed skirt suit and matching blazer by Rebecca Taylor.
