Saxton, one of 14 candidates running for the party's leadership, says being boring is a good thing because it "gets the job done."
The 53-year-old says in the clip he is proud of a National Post article that called him "the most generic-brand leadership candidate" because "generic is boring and boring works."

"Canadians just want someone they can trust," the former North Vancouver MP says toward the end of the clip,"and the truth is you can trust boring."
