Ashley Graham knows a thing or two about bras and boobs.
For one, the "size sexy" model is the mastermind behind some of Addition Elle's most seductive and supportive bras, so she understands how a woman with a big bust should be feeling and looking in a bra.
And two, she's the hottest supermodel of the moment, meaning she takes part in a lot of fittings, trying on hundreds of different looks and picking up some valuable fashion advice along the way.
So during the press tour for her first ever book, A New Model in New York City, the 29-year-old, wearing a sheer black August Getty Atelier body con dress with a corset belt and strapless bodysuit, decided she'd let us in on one of her little bra secrets. Particularly, one about the collectively hated strapless bra.
"Tip for wearing a strapless bra- go down a size only in the band. Keeps the girls lifted without suffocating them," Graham wrote to her 4.1 million followers.
Hallelujah! A hack we can get behind! Tighter band, tighter fit.
So long to the days of constantly trying to yank up your bra when you're wearing a cute dress at work.
And this isn't the first time Ms. Graham blessed us with fashionable and life-saving style hacks. One time, the model gave us her top five tips for finding the perfect pair of jeans. And it was beyond helpful.
"Shopping for denim is probably one of the worst nightmares any girl can go through," Ashley told Vogue (to which we agree).
From telling us that it's all about the light in the fitting room to stressing that high-rise denim is always the way to go, Ashley had our back then, and she's continued to have our back (or should we say boobs) now with this genius and simple strapless bra hack.
