Houston Residents Form Human Chain To Save Man Trapped In SUV

Without a rope in sight, over a dozen Houston residents linked arms to save a man trapped in his SUV. Moments after his rescue, the floodwaters dumped by the former Hurricane Harvey washed his car away.
