Alana is a successful television producer, radio producer/ reporter and print journalist. Over the past 15 years, Alana has lived in 6 different cities and has led top newsrooms around the country. She has held almost every position in the news, current affairs and entertainment media. Alana launched several major shows including: "George Stroumboulopoulos Tonight", "Steven and Chris" and many more. She has held the following positions: Network Exclusives Producer, Segment Producer, TV Writer, Celebrity Producer, Radio Talk Show Host, Radio Talk Show producer, Assignment Editor, Field producer, Celebrity Booker, Chase Producer, Director, Executive Producer, Publicist, Distributor and many more.

In 2011, Alana launched her own company Hotel Yoga and Fitness Inc. ( and left her job at CBC. The company was built out of Alana's love of fitness, television and travel. The luxury mobile fitness company brings health and wellness to hotels, corporate offices, film sets, movie theaters, golf courses and much more.

As a certified yoga and pilates teacher, Alana works with high profile athletes and celebrities. She produced an innovative Fitness DVD "Yoga For Men" with MLB Star Joe Carter and WWE Champion Trish Stratus.
