Ali has appeared on Breakfast Television, GlobalTV, CBC Newsworld, CP24, The Globe & Mail, CityTV, The Toronto Star and countless other publications as an expert talking about popular products and online reviews. She has also served as a media spokesperson for Always, L'Oreal Paris, Maybelline New York, Playtex, Schick and Breyers.

Ali has created numerous national campaigns for advertisers including two original video series that she produced and hosted. She lives in Toronto with her husband (Co-founder, Alex) and baby boy.

ChickAdvisor.com was born from the frustration Ali had while planning her wedding in 2004 when there weren't any reviews platforms for Canadian women to research things like hair salons, spas or beauty products. A devoted product junkie, Ali grew tired of half used beauty products piling up under the bathroom sink. In 2006 ChickAdvisor.com launched as the first reviews community for women in Canada.
