But the real secret behind her svelte and toned body? It turns out, it's yoga.

In the latest issue of US Weekly, a source reveals several of the Duchess of Cambridge's pregnancy secrets, including her workout routine. According to HollywoodLife.com, the magazine found out Kate has swapped her daily runs for Shavasana. The 31-year-old even has a yoga instructor visit her at the palace says EntertainmentWise.com.

The mom-to-be reportedly took up the bendy activity as a way to stay healthy throughout -- and after -- her pregnancy says Yahoo.

Of course, Kate isn't the first person to take up yoga to improve their health. Everyone from Jennifer Aniston to Sting are advocates of the Zen-like activity.

The pair leaked the news to the New York Post, saying they are "thrilled" to be expecting a son in August. According to the Independent, the pair decided to learn the gender of their baby after the new Pope, Pope Francis, was elected. Quotes the paper: "Luisana felt that the fact the new Pope hailed from her home country was vitally important."

This is the first child for Lopilato and Buble. The pair married in March 2011 in Buenos Aires.

Now word from the U.K. is the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are undertaking some measures to increase their level of privacy -- just before the Royal heir is born.

According to the Mirror, the duo are undertaking major renovations that will see security upgraded at their supposed new home, Anmer Hall. The home is located on the Queen's Sandringham estate (this is the space where Prince Charles supposedly carried out his affair with Camilla Parker Bowles). The online paper says consent has been given to convert some rooms into spaces that will house police guards.

The main gate to the property will be moved to restrict public access, speculates U.K.'s edition of Marie Claire. And E! Online is reporting additional shrubs and large trees will be planted around the 10-bedroom home to decrease the view of the property.

It makes sense the Royal couple would upgrade their protection before the future prince or princess is born in July. Over the past two years, the couple have been subject to several privacy breaches, including the Kate Middleton bathing topless scandal, an intruder at King Edward VII Private Hospital (while the duchess was inside suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum) and shots of Kate displaying her baby bump while on vacation in Mustique.

According to several sources, that appears to be the case.

US Weekly is reporting the Duchess of Cambridge was caught almost mentioning the gender of the Royal baby to a well-wisher on her recent trip to Grimsby. (Check out what Ms. Middleton wore to the event here.) The person in question is reportedly, Diane Burton, and after handing Kate a teddy bear, the Royal is reported to have said, "Thank you, I'll take that for my d..." before catching herself and trailing off.

The U.K. outlet The Mirror even has a voice recording of the exchange.

Other news organizations, like E!, are reporting several people who witnessed the almost-slip-up questioned Middleton on whether she meant to say daughter. Her coy response was consistently, "We don't know..." the baby's gender.

The catch is, last week, a source confirmed to US Weekly that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have learned the sex of their baby.

And along the Royal baby watch way, there have been several hints that Kate is indeed having a girl, says the Daily Mail. Everything from her extreme morning sickness (hyperemesis gravidarum) to her slight weight gain could be indicators she's carrying a future princess.

If this report is confirmed, this could be big news for the Royal family. Queen Elizabeth II recently took steps to ensure Kate and Will's daughter will be called a princess (and her Royal Highness) by overruling centuries of royal gender discrimination in the Succession to the Crown Bill.

Over the weekend, reports the Daily Mail, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively swapped their haute couture for sweats, T-shirts and no makeup and surprised patients at a paediatric hospital in Sudbury, Ont. The pair are staying in the area while Reynolds shoots his latest film, Atom Egoyan's 'Queen of the Night.'

According to Health Sciences North Hospital spokesperson Dan Lessard, who spoke to local paper Northern Life, the actors were wonderful with the children. And, apparently, the A-list pair wanted to keep the visit out of the media spotlight.

Northern Life also spoke with one of the mom's the couple met with. Says Sarah Lavallee: "Ryan and Blake were both very kind to us. They introduced themselves right away and asked how my son was doing. He is only three months old, and wasn't really able to appreciate the visit like the older children, but it's something I can tell him about when he is older."

People all over the web pondered how the 30-year-old could have made such a huge fashion misstep on Hollywood's most important red carpet — and now we may have a reason.

According to Refinery29, Anne Hathaway was never supposed to wear Prada to the Oscars; she had apparently tapped Valentino to design her gown. She changed her mind three hours before the awards show was set to start, reports US Weekly.

Which begs the question: what on earth happened, and how did Anne make such a terrible last-minute mistake?

The rumour is Hathaway saw what Amanda Seyfried was going to wear — a lace Alexander McQueen dress — and felt it was too similar to the gown she was set to don. (Valentino's press folks issued a release before the Oscars describing Anne's frock as "a pink embroidered tulle illusion gown," which sounds similar to the ensemble Seyfried actually wore.) Fashionista.com is reporting Anne "freaked out," not wanting to look similar to someone on the red carpet, and asked stylist Rachel Zoe to find something new for her to wear.

While all of this could just be conjecture, it is possible things like this happen behind closed doors. Take a look at the gown Anne wore compared with Seyfried's dress and the Valentino gown Ms. Hathaway was supposedly set to wear.

The Academy Award nominee for 'Les Miserables' donned what appeared to be a pink Prada cooking apron that showed side boob, breast tape as well as her nipples. The necklace she wore drew our eye down toward her decolletage even more.

At first we thought we were the only ones acknowledging her fashion faux pas, but it turns out we weren't alone. After she stepped onto the red carpet, a 'nipple' feed inspired by Anne popped up on Twitter (so reports US Magazine) while also making a bid for Twitter stardom with the hashtag #LesNipplerables. E! Online is even claiming her nipples have overshadowed her side boob.

According to USA Today, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are sending each and every "baby" well-wisher a custom postcard.

The card, which is covered by a shot of the royal couple on vacation in Singapore, features a short and sweet message from the pair, reports The Daily Mail.

"The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were touched by your kind words following the wonderful news that they are expecting their first baby. It really was most thoughtful of you and Their Royal Highnesses send you their warmest thanks and best wishes."

Even the lipstick shade is mismatched for her complexion (note to Kim: next time wear a shade that's less orange and more red).

And while we might think the outfit isn't particularly stunning, it appears Kim Kardashian doesn't care. According to the Daily Mail, Kim dresses not for herself (or her fans), but for her partner Kanye West.

"I dress for my man... He (Kanye) likes cool, drapey things. Very casual." (We're still not sure what this says about Mr. West's sartorial sense.)

It's all kind of sad since Kim has — and embraces her — killer curves. She recently told Du Jour magazine she likes to dress up her voluptuous figure. “I think because I have big boobs it could make me look heavier if I don’t, like, show off my waist or something, so I just have kind of learned to dress one way only... Khloé can wear flowy, pretty things because she’s really tall. Kourtney is, like, really little. I’m just kind of in between, so it doesn’t really work.”
