The entire season of "Dallas" should be studied by those helming and writing daytime soaps because this is how it should be done. It's definitely a soap, but that's no slam. It has everything: romance, drama, suspense, a little bit of comedy, but most of all, at its core, it's all about family.

No lie, I wanted to bash 'Anger Management' to pieces. Itty-bitty pieces. Unfair, yes, but I have to admit, Charlie Sheen's pretty great in it.

There is one "Big Brother" houseguest who's maddening -- and I think you all know who it is. Sure, Ian may be dorky, Joe's voice is cringe-worthy, Ashley's dimness is embarrassing and Danielle's stalker-y ways are pathetic, but it's Mike Boogie who frustrates.

I miss the good ol' days when the converter box was on top of our tube television, our remote was as simple as a calculator, and our separate rewinder sat beside said Beta (then eventually, our VHS) to save the players' power. As much as I love my PVR and TV technology, I don't know if I'll ever be fully "down" with online TV.
