What You Should Think About While Watching the Olympics

When you watch these games, I'd like you to look at each event with a new perspective. Look deeper into what you are witnessing. Imagine the pressure these athletes are feeling to perform at their best. It is incredible. Viewers don't realize how difficult it is for competitors to get a restful sleep or proper nutrition when there is so much nervous energy and millions of butterflies in their stomachs.

Before Social Media, the Olympics Brought the World Together

As a child growing up, before I became an Olympian myself, way before the current age of technology which brings the world's borders closer together in an instant, I remember there was one event every four years that did that very same thing. Every four years, the Olympic Games, both summer and winter, brought the world together in peace.

Kick Your Problems in the Butt
