Dr. Katy Kamkar

Dr. Katy Kamkar is a Clinical Psychologist at the Work, Stress and Health Program & Psychological Trauma Program at CAMH. She is an Assistant Professor within the Department of Psychiatry, University of Toronto. She provides evidence-based psychological assessment and treatment for Mood and Anxiety Disorders and on Psychological Distress/Stress/Depression and Anxiety in the workplace. She provides multidisciplinary education, consultation, and supervision as well as talks/education/workshops to organizations regarding workplace mental health issues. One of her greatest interests is to provide education to the public to enhance public awareness of mental illness and mental health in the workplace, and to promote mental health and well-being.
